Watch time counts only while video is playing (live or playback). Limits cut off at 100%. Admin is exempt.

e.g. cameras numbered 17 to 32 → first 17, last 32. Normal sites: first 1, last = camera count.

Bulk add — one site per line: name, ip, username, password. Camera counts are detected from the NVR where reachable (VPN must be connected for VPN sites).

Blank limit = 30 min/week. Admin has no limit. Users set up their authenticator app at first sign-in.
